The Donald W. Reynolds Library has much to offer.
In upcoming months, the library is hosting self-defense classes. It is for men and women of all ages and no experience is necessary.
Each session will have instructional time before practicing core moves.
The schedule for classes is:
• Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021 – 11 a.m.-noon
• Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021 – 6:30-7:30 p.m.
• Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021 – 6:30-7:30 p.m.
• Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022 – 11 a.m.-noon
• Thursday, May 5, 2022 – 6:30-7:30 p.m.
• Thursday, June 2, 2022 – 6:30-7:30 p.m.
No registration is necessary.
The classes are made possible through a health literacy grant from the ODL and IMLS.
