Durant’s utility billing department introduces WaterSmart to customers

DURANT – The City of Durant is excited to introduce our water utility customers to WaterSmart, a free online portal where customers can see their water use data, get leak alerts and more!

When customers log-in to their WaterSmart Portal, they’ll have immediate access to:

  • Near real-time data – view daily water use. Be alerted to leaks.
  • Billing – see current bill and bill history. Pay online.
  • Sign up for alerts – Take control of water use and avoid surprises.

Printed letters explaining the benefits of using WaterSmart are expected to be delivered to customer mailboxes within a week or two.

Additionally, customers with email addresses linked to their accounts should receive an inbox message soon and are asked to please check their spam folder as well.
