The City of Durant and Oklahoma Municipal Management Services have selected Rick Ramsey to serve in the position of Interim City Manager.
Rumsey and OMMS have previously contracted with the City of Durant to fill the roles of Public Works Director (May 2021) and Public Safety Director (January 2023).
Prior to joining OMMS, Rumsey served as the City of Sapulpa Police Chief and later the Assistant City Manager, earning more than 30 years of experience in municipal government.
