Donald W. Reynolds Library has fall activities for all ages

DURANT – The Donald W. Reynolds Community Center and Library releases a robust Fall Activities and Events schedule. These free programs begin this week and offer something for everyone in the community.

Yoga – Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. through October, except Oct. 12.

Keep Calm and Do Yoga. The Yoga class series will be led by Yogi Sarah Hoffman with Nautilus Fitness. Come to the Black Box Theater inside the Library.

Zumba – Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. through October, except Oct. 14.

The Zumba class series will be led by Sarah Hoffman with Nautilus Fitness. Come to the Black Box Theater inside the Library.

Both the Yoga and Zumba activities are made possible through grant funding from The Institute of Museum and Library Services and The Oklahoma Department of Libraries.

Activities for Kids

Lego Club – Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m. September through April.

School-age children are welcome to drop by to play with Legos!  There are Legos of all sizes, base plates to build on with tons of accessories like people, doors, windows, wheels & axles.

The Lounge – Wednesdays at 4 p.m. September through April.

Teens and Pre-Teens can drop into the lounge on Wednesdays when school is in session to play video games, board games, Launchpads,

After School – Thursdays at 3:30 p.m. September through April.

Calling all 5-12 year olds! Come join us for fun in the library.  Each week this program will have a different theme for the kids to explore.  We will have fun with games, science, food, math and reading.  This program will help students be able to relate the books they love to read to what goes on in their everyday life!
