David Lee Robinson of Durant, Okla., passed from this life on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at the age of 69. He was born on Tuesday, May 18, 1954 in Roberta, Okla., to Ollie Marion and Gladys Louise (Conditt) Robinson. 
He was a longtime resident of Durant. He married his wife Sandra Diane (Croley) Robinson on June 21, 1974 in Durant and were married for 49 loving years.
He was a hardworking man with a good work ethic. He enjoyed truck driving, working on his truck, gardening, football and other sports. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and loved his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie Marion and Gladys Louise (Conditt) Robinson; son, David “Pooh” James Robinson; sister, Darlene Ellis and infant brother, Junior Robinson.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Diane Robinson of Durant, Okla.; daughter, Dana Robinson and husband Laith Hawkins of Bokchito, Okla.; sisters, Fran Elrod of Lone Grove, Okla., Marie Mora and husband Eddie of Center, Texas, Alice French of Colbert, Okla., Rita Satterfield and husband Steve of Bokchito, Okla.; brother, Louis Robinson of Bonham, Texas; grandchildren, Justin, Travis, Damyan, Daniel, Alison, Haylee, Bailey, Kaitlyn as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at First Baptist Church in Durant with Bro. Michael Calhoun officiating. A graveside service will follow at Highland Cemetery in Durant, Oklahoma. Justin Boone, Brandon Carr, Jimmy Alley, Tony Simmons, John Dellinger and David Toombs will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association and the First Baptist Church Celebrate Recovery of Durant.
