Danny Wayne Worthington of Denison passed away on February 28, 2022 at TMC. He was born in EllaJay, Ga., to Audrey (Henderson) and Billy Ray Worthington on December 2, 1960.
Danny graduated from Denison High School in 1979. He worked for Worthington Heating & Air Conditioning for 30 years. He enjoyed spending time fishing with his grandkids.
Danny was preceded in death by his mother, Audrey Worthington and father, Billy Worthington.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Hair and husband Roger of Platter, Okla.; son, Donny Worthington of Denison, Texas; grandsons, Lane Worthington and Landen Worthington; granddaughters, Kayla Hair, Abby Steudeman and husband Cole, Kennedy Dash Worthington and Remington Hicks. He was also a grandfather figure to Keelee Kemp and Peyton Kemp, who he loved dearly and numerus extended family and friends.
A memorial service for Danny Worthington will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at Cunningham Funeral Home with Brother Keith Taylor officiating.
