Conservative Dustin Reid files for Oklahoma House District 21 seat

Release

DURANT — Job creator, rancher and Southeast Oklahoman, Dustin Reid (R-Durant), announced he is running to represent Oklahoma’s 21st House District.

“Nothing was handed to me growing up,” Reid said. “Through hard work and the grace of God, I made the most of my opportunities. While Joe Biden wants to crush opportunity, I will fight to preserve the American dream for the next generation of Oklahomans, stand up for our values and work to create jobs for our community.”

Growing up in a single-parent household, Dustin knows the value of hard work and was the first person in his family to graduate from his college thanks to his loving mom and a football scholarship. After college, he mentored youth in Southeast Oklahoma, teaching them valuable life skills to help them achieve their dreams and succeed in life.

As a former history teacher, Dustin will work to oppose critical race theory and any political indoctrination of our kids, work to create jobs and grow our economy in Southeast Oklahoma, and support law and order and stand strong for conservative values.

Dustin Reid works for the Choctaw Nation, where he focuses on bringing good paying jobs, new businesses and increased tourism to Texoma.

Dustin Reid is married to Aurelie. They are blessed with three grade school children: Audrina, Savannah and Kristina. Together, Dustin and Aurelie operate Reid Ranch where they teach their kids the same values of faith, family and hard work. When Dustin isn’t spending time with his family, he enjoys running a jug line, hunting and serving his community.

Dustin will be holding a campaign kickoff at the Bryan County Fairgrounds from 5-7 p.m. on February 22 with guests Chief Gary Batton, Choctaw Councilman James Dry, and Don Hyde among other noted guests. The event is free and open to the public. To learn more or schedule an interview, contact Dustin Reid at 580-980-7343 or visit www.ReidforHouse.com.
