Cliff Dixon will become Shamrock Bank’s Caddo Community Banking President, effective January 1, 2026. Cliff’s vast banking expertise extends for over two decades covering various functions as well as setting the standard for exceptional customer service.
“I am honored to carry forward the relationships and trust Shamrock Bank has built in the Caddo community,” Dixon said. “I take responsibility as an employee-owner personally, and I appreciate the opportunity to further the success of our customers, co-workers, and community in my new role.”
Todd Miller, President and former Caddo Community Banking President commended Cliff on his well-deserved promotion.

Cliff was born and raised in Oklahoma. He is an active member in the Caddo and surrounding communities and remains an active alumnus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Cliff, and wife Stephanie, spend most of their free time supporting their kids and grandkids in their many activities. Cliff also enjoys home remodeling projects, lawn work, working on old cars and fishing.
