DURANT – On Friday, Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant made a $10,000 donation to Feeding Hope as part of the casino’s “3 Months. 3 Millionaires.” promotion.
The donation was made by Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant on behalf of its August 2026 “3 Months. 3 Millionaires” winner from Kingston, Oklahoma.
Feeding Hope is a local non-profit whose mission is to enhance the lives of those in the community by providing hot meals, clothing, showers, laundry, seasonal relief from extreme weather, and connections to community resources that help those they serve move toward stability and self-sufficiency.
“We were overwhelmed with gratitude. A $10,000 donation is huge for Feeding Hope, and we will use it to make a real impact in our community,” said Keri Juarez, executive director of Feeding Hope. “We are incredibly thankful that Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant sees the positive work being done in our community and has chosen to come alongside us and help us continue it!”
Feeding Hope will use the donation to strengthen its mission and create a greater impact by helping to meet immediate needs in the community. “By building relationships with those in need, we can better understand the challenges facing individuals in our community, and we can encourage and connect them with the right resources to move forward.”
Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant supports the community through many programs and is proud to support Feeding Hope, which provides a hot free meal to anyone in need, three days a week.
“We are excited to provide support to a non-profit in our community that is dedicated to lifting hundreds of our neighbors up one meal at a time, and who are providing resources people need to get back on their feet and in a better place,” said Thomas O’Sullivan, regional director of marketing for Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant. “The $30,000 in community donations we made this summer allows us to reach beyond our guests and change lives in the communities where they live.”
