Charlotte Ann Jordan, a resident of McKinney, Texas, left this earthly life on Oct. 3, 2021, at the age of 86. She was the daughter of Moody Puckett and Beatrice (Stalcup) Puckett born on July 4, 1935, in Uvalde, Texas.
Charlotte married Mike Jordan on August 25, 1967 in Denison, Texas, and he preceded her in death in February 2002.
Charlotte spent her work career as a Legal Assistant for Charles Hughes, E.C. Green and Avo Butler Law Firm’s in Sherman, Texas. She was a co-founder of the Grayson County Texas Aids Awareness and served in Home Hospice for years, which she dearly loved.
She is survived by her cherished children, Janice Story of Anna, Texas, Connie Fowler of Aubrey, Texas, and Barry O’Brien of Denison, Texas; grandchildren: Robert Story of Madill, Okla., Lhauren Chitwood of Celina, Texas, Hannah Smith and husband Drew of Aubrey, Texas, Sam Fowler of Aubrey, Texas, Skyler O’Brien of Denison, Texas, Sturling O’Brien of Hampton, Va., Saige Morales and husband Gabe of Meade, Okla.; great-grandchildren: Camden Chitwood and Blayke Chitwood of Celina, Texas, Oliver Smith, Grayson Smith, Sawyer Smith, and Shiloh Smith all of Aubrey, Texas, Kendall O’Brien of Van Alstyne, Texas, Carson Wiley of Mead, Okla., and Emmy Morales of Mead, Okla.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Moody and Beatrice Puckett; husband, Mike Jordan, and father to her children, Bob O’Brien, along with numerous aunts and uncles.
Services are under the direction of Holmes~Coffey~Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Okla.
