Born September 27, 1936 to Jewel Matthew Vanliew and Audry Leuwayne Harrison Vanliew. She passed from this life on January 9, 2023.
Leuwayne loved to cook, sew, embroidery and hum a tune at the same time. She loved family time with a lot of Sunday dinners at her house with family and friends or just who ever may show up but there was always plenty to eat and no one ever left hungry. She lived a simple, happy life and will be greatly missed by many.
Charita was preceded in death by her parents, Jewel and Audry Vanliew; son, Mark Anthony Coble; brothers, Douglas (Buck) Odell Vanliew, Anthony Glen Vanliew and Larry Cecil Vanliew.
She is survived by her husband Calvin Coble of Achille, Okla.; sons, Michael (Mike) Coble of Achille, Okla., William (Bill) Coble of Calera, Okla.; sisters-in-law, Louise Vanliew of New London, Texas, Dean Coble Payne of Ector, Texas and Junie Norris Earl of Ector, Texas; brothers-in-law, Doyle Norris of Sherman, Texas and Jimmy and Mary Norris of Ector, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. on Friday January 13, 2023, at Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert.
