The public is invited to learn techniques used to teach safe cycling to adults and children and to become certified by the League of American Bicyclists as a Cycling Instructor.
The course is set to be taught in Durant on Friday, July 12 from 5-9 p.m. and Saturday, July 13, and Sunday, July 14 – all day. The cost before June 14 is $500 and scholarships are available.
The League Certified Instructor course is taught both in the classroom and on the road. Pre-course online and riding work is required.
