Barbara Lucille Beshirs of Achille, Okla. passed away on Oct. 13, 2020 in Durant, Okla. at the age of 87. Barbara was born on April 27, 1933 in Yuba, Okla. to Eugene and mattie (Mansell) Duke. 
A lifelong resident of Bryan County, Barbara attended school in Durant and retired from Texas Instruments after 19 and a half years. She attended the Colbert Church of Christ and she lived for the Lord all day every day. She enjoyed gardening, canning and she dearly treasure her family.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Dail Malaney, Wayne Johnson and O.C. Beshirs; sons, Jerry Malaney and Cecil Malaney; daughter, Dwana Farrell and brother, T.J. Duke and sisters, Betty Bailey and Clorette Faulkenberry. 
Barbara is survived by her children: Treba Malaney and husband Duane Davenport, Barbara Cole and husband Vick, Willene Barkley and Dennis Malaney and wife Cindy; 27 grandchildren and numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 16, 2020 at the Lighthouse Church in Colbert, Okla.
