ALLEN – It took an extra inning in Game Two, but Caddo earned another close win to open the 2019 fast-pitch season.
Kylee Anderson went 2-for-5 on the night and singled in the top of the eighth sending home Kennedy Morgan in the form of the winning run.
Emily Robinson entered the circle in the third in relief of Anderson, who started the game, and threw 120 pitches in 5.2 innings.
Anderson and Paityn Lowry each had two hits for Caddo and the teams combined for 16 in the contest.
Caddo (2-0) heads down Highway 22 on Thursday for the Rock Creek Tournament.
