TULSA – Borderline Boxing Club in Durant sent four fighters to competition at King Street Bowing Fight Night IV this weekend and earned two wins at the event in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
A.T. Campos picked up a win by TKO and Jamani Weber earned a win by decision.The team finished 2-2 on the night as Adriel Suarez suffered a loss by TKO and Alex Soto had a loss by decision.
Jaime Juarez, owner and head coach at Borderline Boxing Club, praised the efforts and attitude of the team.
“Every fighter represented Borderline Boxing Club and the Durant community with heart, discipline and sportsmanship,” Juarez said. “We are proud of their performances and the experience they gained against quality competition.”
The team next competes on Saturday, Sept. 19, traveling to Tahlequah for the “Rumble on the River.”
Borderline Boxing Club will be again represented by Soto, Campos and Jamani Weber. Juarez also announced that he event will also ring in the boxing debut of his son, Erik Juarez.
