DURANT – Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant has completed updates to its Grand Casino, officially transitioning to a fully non-smoking area. The casino now offers the largest non-smoking floor in the United States.
The Grand Casino refresh started in January, which included new lighting, carpeting and walkways. As each phase of the six-phase project was completed, areas of the Grand Casino gaming floor and bars moved to non-smoking. With the completion of the refresh, all areas of the Grand Casino are now non-smoking. When joined with the Sky Tower, the property now offers a total non-smoking area of 5,400 slot machines and 82 table games.
The updates also offer a fresher, brighter environment for guests passing through the Grand Casino to visit the conference rooms and Choctaw Grand Theater.

The Link Casino, located between the Grand Casino and Sky Casino near Guy Fieri’s American Kitchen + Bar, will remain a smoking area, as well as the outside veranda near the Choctaw Grand Theater. The Link gaming floor has been updated to include a larger variety of games, so guests wishing to smoke can still enjoy all their favorites. The area boasts 1,700 slots, 22 table games, and a high-limit area.
