Release
Todd Miller, Board Director and Caddo Community Banking President, will become President of Shamrock Bank, N.A, effective January 1, 2026. Recognized for his community spirit and strong work ethic, Todd has been instrumental in leading Shamrock Bank as a Board Director since 2012 and leading the Caddo market since 2005.
Banking runs in Todd’s family. Growing up in Caddo, both his parents were bankers at Bryan County National Bank. Todd is an active alumnus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University and serves on the school board for Caddo Public Schools. He and is wife Tonia raised their son and daughter in Caddo, and now they enjoy the greatest gift of having grandchildren.
Guy Sims, Chairman and CEO, commended Todd on his well-deserved achievement.
“Over the past 28 years, I have been blessed to be surrounded by an outstanding management team. I believe now is an opportune time for this transition. Todd’s expertise and dynamic leadership will further reinforce the values of Shamrock Bank’s community-focused banking and employee-ownership culture.”
This leadership transition is designed to support and build upon the strong foundation already in place. As the bank continues to grow and the industry evolves, the Board of Directors will focus on legacy and long-term strategy, while delegating day-to-day oversight to a dedicated management team. Todd’s promotion—together with recent management announcements—aligns with this vision for the future and positions the Bank for continued success.
