McAlester, Okla. – Next Friday skip those Thanksgiving leftovers for a taste of award-winning pitmaster Kevin Bludso’s smoked beef shank and pork spareribs at Choctaw Casino – McAlester.
Bludso will make a special appearance and will smoke his signature, award-winning barbecue at Trophy’s Bar & Grill on Friday, November 28 from 4-9 p.m. Cost is $35 per person, and guests will enjoy beef shank, pork spareribs, potato salad, collard greens, red beans and rice and cornbread.
Bludso will mingle with guests throughout the evening, while working alongside Trophy’s chefs to prepare his signature barbecue.
Bludso is a James Beard Award-winning pitmaster, restaurateur, author and TV personality known for Netflix’s American Barbecue Showdown and the Food Network’s BBQ Brawl. He is the author of the bestselling cookbook Bludso’s BBQ Cookbook: A Family Affair in Smoke and Soul.
