Margaret “Cheata” Ann Crites of Caney, Oklahoma passed from this life on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at the age of 82. She was born on Wednesday, January 28, 1942 in Atoka, Oklahoma to Edgar Vaughn and Rosemary (Ayers) Crites.
She had a fascination of butterflies and dragonflies. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Joe.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents Edgar Vaughn and Rosemary (Ayers) Crites; brother Roger David Crites; and great nephew Dylan Crawford.
Survivors include her son Richard Weston of Idaho; niece Christy Anderson of Calera, Oklahoma; grandchildren Andy, Amanda, Jance, Jamie, Sean, Sarah; nephews Corey Todd Crites; great nephews Jeff, Jimbob, Steven, Kobe, as well as other extended family and friends.
Cremation services have been selected.
