Choctaw Casino & Resort-Durant announces Reba McEntire’s return to the Grand Theater

DURANTCountry legend and Oklahoma native Reba McEntire is returning to Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant in March.

McEntire has played at the three-time Academy of Country Music award winning Grand Theater six times, last performing on the stage in 2021 

McEntire has been a staple in the country music industry since 1975, releasing hits like “Fancy” and “Is There Life Out There?” and earning seven ACM Awards for best female vocalist. She’s also won 12 American Music Awards for favorite country female artist and three GRAMMY awards. 

McEntire also has a successful acting career, starring in “Reba” and becoming a judge on NBC’s “The Voice.” McEntire’s latest project is “Happy’s Place,” which premiered this fall. 

The country music icon is also a restaurant owner, joining Choctaw Nation in a 50/50 partnership to open Reba’s Place in Atoka. The restaurant opened in 2023 and has already earned acclaim, landing in the New York Times Best American Dishes of 2023 for its chicken-fried steak. 

McEntire will be at the Grand Theater on Friday, March 7 at 8 p.m. with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and can be purchased here.
