Alice Neta Craig of Caddo, Okla., passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2024, in Denison, Texas at the age of 76. Alice was born on June 28, 1947, in Durant, Okla., to parents Novak and Jean (Kibbee) Bullard.
Alice graduated from Durant High School and Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a master’s degree in business administration. She married Melvin Craig on August 10, 1985, and they have been truly blessed with 38-plus years together. She believed in Jesus Christ, and she enjoyed quilting, sewing, crafting, playing musical instruments, and she had a deep love for her family and friends.
Alice is preceded in death by her parents, Novak and Jean Bullard; sister, Karen Ayers; great-granddaughter, Abilene Reimer; mother-in-law, Bobbie Craig; sister-in-law, Pam Burton and niece, Jacey Spakes.
Alice is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Melvin Craig of the home; treasured children: Stacy McDonald and husband David of Hodgen, Okla., Kristen Hart and husband Brian of Bokchito, Okla., Jeana Coburn and husband Mike of Calera, Okla., Ty Craig and wife Jannifer of Hunter, Okla., Alissa Andrews and husband Todd of Durant, Okla., and Travis Craig and wife Erica of Schertz, Texas; beloved 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; special friends: Donna Choate, Euna Andrews, and Mary O’Connell and numerous extended family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Highland Cemetery pavilion. Pallbearers will be Alex Hart, Joshua McDonald, Michael McDonald, Wyatt Andrews, Kaden Craig, and Ty Michael Craig.
The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m.
