William Howard Parsley of Durant, Okla., passed from this life on Monday, October 16, 2023 at the age of 95. He was born on Monday, July 23, 1928 in Yuma, Arizona to William Henry and Ethel Octavia (Long) Parsley. 
He was a longtime resident of Durant, Okla., and proudly served in the U.S. Marines. He married Jean Kathryn (Sudderth) Parsley on March 11,2014 in Atoka, Okla.
He enjoyed going to Choctaw Casino, working in the yard and cleaning his Chevrolet truck.
He was preceded in death by his parents William Henry and Ethel Octavia (Long) Parsley and his previous wife of 50 years Francis Earlene (Swindell) Parsley.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Kathryn (Sudderth) Parsley of Durant, Okla.; daughter, Deborah Stout and husband Rick of Grand Prairie, Texas; son, John Parsley and wife Laura of Choctaw, Okla.; stepsons, James Calaway and wife Jessica Hughes Calaway, Jimmy Calaway, Jacob Calaway and wife Kayla Wade Calaway; seven grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; one step great-great grandchild as well as numerous other extended family and friends.
Cremation services have been selected.
