The public is invited to a free “Lunch and Learn” class hosted by Lost Island Communications! The topic will be Employee/Employer Dynamics and Relations.
The guest speaker will be Carroll Yoder, who will be sharing his insight into what makes an employee feel invested in their company with a desire to see their boss, manager or leads succeed.
Many have attempted to use money, raises and bonuses to bribe their employees into liking their job, but time proves that this doesn’t work and can be costly for your business.
Carroll Yoder is a marketplace chaplain with years of experience owning his own business and working with employees and contractors.
The Lunch and Learn event will be held at noon on Thursday, June 29, at NIKO Venue and Studio, located at 314 W. Main St. in Durant.
