Deloris Springer entered the Gates of Heaven on May 21, 2022, in Sherman, Texas. Deloris was born on October 9, 1956, in Boswell, Okla. to the late Wayman and Doris (Rowton) Eastwood.
Deloris graduated from Boswell High School and moved to Bryan County in 1974. She married the love of her life Don Springer on September 26, 1975, and they began their journey together and to this union were born two children, Shawn, and Casey. Deloris and Don owned and operated Durant Rental Service for many years and then continued in rental property.
She loved her Lord and Savior and was a dedicated member of Bushnell Baptist Church. She had a deep love for her family, and she loved to play Bunco with her friends.
Deloris is preceded in death by her parents, Wayman and Doris Eastwood and sisters, Sharon Eastwood, Mona Hogan, and Alice Cotton.
Loved ones left behind to continue her amazing legacy are her loving and devoted husband, Don Springer of the home; treasured children, Patrick Shawn Springer and wife Kayla of Durant and Casey Dawn Mathis and husband Greg of Konawa; beloved grandchildren, Jaden Springer, Jacy Springer, Kanon Springer, Keigan Hinds, and Joseph Mathis; brother Wayman “Buck” Eastwood and wife Karissa; sister-in-law, Connie Carroll and husband Glenn; brothers-in-law, Robert Springer and wife Linda and Eddie Springer and wife Pam and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Rose Hill Cemetery in Calera with Pastor Roddy Arnold officiating. Shawn Springer, Kanon Springer, Greg Mathis, Ryan Brown, Micah Brown, and Kyle Eastwood will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Monday Evening May 30th from 6-8 p.m. and the Funeral Home.
