Debbie Scroggins Rackley, of Cartwright, Okla., passed from this life on Friday, Aug. 13, 2021 at the age of 68. She was born on Tuesday, March 31, 1953 in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Leonard Grant and Nella Faye (Upton) Rackley.
Those who knew “Debba” considered her near immortal. She was the glue that held those around her together. She was exceptionally artistic and made her friends and family laugh on the daily. Debbie’s co-worker’s at the Choctaw Casino describe her as “unforgettable.” Her friends and family will be left with a Debba size hole that nothing will ever fill.
Survivors include her daughters, Brandi Ramirez of Los Angeles, Calif., Dusti Scroggins of Cartwright, Okla.; grandsons, McKye Marquez of Cartwright, Okla., McKenzie Marquez of Cartwright, Okla., McKlaine Marquez of Cartwright, Okla. as well as other extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 26, 2021 at the Monterey Chapel, 224 S. Ninth Ave. in Durant, Okla.
