Mary Loyce McWilliams, of Kingston, Okla., passed from this life on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at the age of 76. She was born on Friday, Nov. 3, 1944 in Brownwood, Texas to John Sloan and Mary (Talley) Bradshaw.
She married Willis Moody McWilliams on July 4, 1963.
Mary Loyce was a longtime resident of Kingston, Okla. She was a dedicated member of Abundant Life Temple in Durant, Okla., where she served many years as secretary. She received a bachelor’s degree in business from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She enjoyed traveling, going out to eat, shopping, crocheting, reading books, playing piano and singing. She always enjoyed serving for jury duty as she had served many times. She loved taking care of her family and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Sloan and Mary (Talley) Bradshaw; sister, Caroline Huggins and son, John Moody McWilliams.
Survivors include her husband, Willis Moody McWilliams of Kingston, Okla.; son, Phillip McWilliams and wife Sarah of Muskogee, Okla.; daughter, Marla Herndon and husband Jason of Kingston, Okla.; sister, Dorothy Bradshaw of Edmond, Okla.; grandchildren, Jerreck McWilliams and wife Sadie of Sherman, Texas, Isaac McWilliams, Jaden McWilliams, Isabella McWilliams all of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Macy McWilliams of Kingston, Okla.; great-granddaughter, Charlotte McWilliams of Muskogee, Okla. as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A visitation will be from 6:30-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Gordon Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, April 22, 2021 at the Monterey Chapel, 224 S. Ninth Ave. in Durant, with a graveside service to follow at the Kingston Cemetery in Kingston.
Jaden McWilliams, Isaac McWilliams, Jerreck McWilliams, Phillip McWilliams, Jason Herndon and Matthew McWilliams will serve as pallbearers.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Gordon Funeral Home, 221 N. Third Ave. in Durant.

Mary Loyce was a beautiful woman inside and out. I am so sorry for your loss; but I know where she is. She is awaiting our meeting her there.
