Heaven has gained an incredible soul. Norma Maus went peacefully to join so many other loved ones on March 16, 2021. She passed from this life at the ago of 78 in the loving hards of Harbor Chase Memory Care in McKinney, Texas.
She was born in Wade, Okla. to Robert Le Park and Leona May Park on Nov. 8, 1942, and raised alongside brother Bobby Jack Park (deceased), and married James Maus (deceased) in Denison, Texas, on Aug. 5, 1967.
Before and during her marriage, she was a very successful asset to the electronics industry, then eventually retiring to become a Diamond Club real estate agent for Century 21 in Hot Springs Village, Ark. After yet another retirement, Norma and Jim moved to Pottsboro, Texas, where she was a very active member at the Georgetown Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing golf and dancing. She joined several community clubs, including Lions Club, Women’s Clubs and many others.
In January 2017, she moved to McKinney, Texas, to be close to her family. This joyful woman is the most loving, caring and giving person that we have ever known. She never met a stranger.
She leaves behind a loving only child, Angela Kay Bradbury; grandson, Andrew Justin Strowd and granddaughter, Amanda Kay Bradbury. She is loved and will be dearly missed by countless relatives, care partners, neighbors and friends.
Celebration of Life will be at the First Baptist Church in Bokchito, Okla. on Friday, Mar. 26, 2021 at 11 a.m. Brother Bobby Hancock will officiate the service.
