Gina Wilkerson, of Durant, Okla., passed from this life on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020 at the age of 70. She was born on Friday, April 28, 1950 in Caddo, Okla., to Welton Eugene and Wanda Jean (Pair) Drennan.
Gina married James Wilkerson in February 1985.
She was a longtime Durant resident. She enjoyed reading, traveling, knitting and taking care of her friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Welton Eugene and Wanda Jean (Pair) Drennan; husband, James Wilkerson; grandson, Christopher Lee Wilkerson and granddaughter, Docia Wilkerson.
She is survived by her son, Chris Wilkerson of Durant, Okla.; daughter, Demetra McBrayer and husband Nick of Newark, Del.; sister, Genevieve Jaafari and husband Mohammad of Caddo, Okla.; brothers: Monte Drennan and wife Rhonda of Denison, Texas, Jackie Drennan of Calera, Okla., as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A family hour will be held from 7-8 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020 at Gordon Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020 at the Gethsemane Cemetery in Caddo, Okla.
