Carla France, age 68, passed away on Nov. 25, 2020, in Madill, Okla. She was born to Cleo and Sarah Bivins on June 23, 1952, in Walters, Okla.
She attended Walters Public Schools. On Aug. 1, 1991, she married Donnie France and the two were married for 24 years, until his passing in November 2015.
Carla was a CNA and worked at Brookside nursing home in Madill, Okla. for seven years. She was a Christian and attended the Baptist church. Carla enjoyed reading, plants, and animals.
Carla is preceded in death by her late husband Donnie France, her father Cleo Bivins, and her grandma Verna Bivins. 
She is survived by her mother, Sarah Mae Miller of Walters, Okla.; son, Glen Jones and partner Randi Fuller and child Hunter of Loveland, Colo.; Justin Roy and wife Isabell, children Erik, Hayliee, and Waylin Roy of Waurika, Okla.; daughter, Angelia Marriott and husband Mitch, children Laura and Jake of The Woodlands, Texas; daughter, Brooklin Reliford and husband Alan, children Caleb and Angelica Latimer of Denton, Texas; brother, Monte Bivins of Walters, Okla.; sisters: Francis Payne, Kim Miller, and JeanAnn Miller of Walters, Okla., and her friend Amanda Smith of Kingston, Okla. Carla also leaves behind eight grandchildren as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
The family will host a celebration of life date and time to be determined.
