Harold Loyd Russell, 85, passed away on April 4, 2020. Harold was born on Dec. 26, 1934, in Durant Okla.
He attended school in Bryan county and worked in construction. He was a constant piddler he also enjoyed fishing, camping, and mowing his yard.
Harold is preceded by his parents; wife, Ruth Ann; and his sisters Willa Dillenger and Loretta Davis and his brothers D.O. Russell and G.L. Russell.
Harold is survived by his children: Dewayne Russell and wife Sharon Nesbeth of Calera, Okla., Syllvia White and husband Mike of Van Alystene, Texas, Janie Stout and husband Robert of Mesquite, Texas, Loyd Dean Russell and wife Cynthia of Calera, Okla.; sisters-in-law: Mozella Amos of Ft. Worth, Texas, Martha Brister of Oologah, Okla., and Ruby Helen Ingram of Durant, Okla.; grandchildren: Geoffery Russell and wife Kimberly of Calera, Okla., Michael Clayton White and fiancé Haley Wester of Texas, Krista White and significant other Dustin Young, Justin Stout and wife Becca of Sulfur Springs, Texas, Austin Stout of Mesquite, Texas, Ryan Anderson of Durant, Okla., and Amanda Anderson of Texas; great-grandchildren Haydin, Kyle, Braxton, Caitlyn, Kaydee, Harper Ann, Booger Wayne, and many nieces nephews and cousins and friends.
The graveside funeral service will be on Wednesday, Apr. 8 at 2 p.m. at Highland Cemetery. The family would like to welcome those who would like to pay their final respects on Tuesday from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. at Browns Funeral Service in Durant.
