Bill graduated from Silo High School and attended college. He worked as an electrician for many years. He was a member of Silo Baptist Church and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with family and friends.
Bill is survived by his mother, Wanda Kellam; sons, Nicholas Wayne Kellam and wife Lauren and Zachary Scott Kellam; granddaughter, Sydni Grace Kellam; brothers, Steve Kellam and wife June and Monty Kellam and wife Theresa and numerous extended family and friends. 
Bill was preceded in death by his father and brother, Jerry Keith Kellam.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019 at Silo Baptist Church. Bro. Roger Speers and Bro. Ray Earley will officiate. The family will receive friends at Brown’s Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m.
