DURANT – School is back in session, but there are still a few more summer-themed events to take part in locally. Including one in which you get to bring your pet.
The Donald W. Reynolds Community Center and Library will be having its annual pet theme for the month of August. This theme is called ‘Happy Dogust’ and includes pet book displays throughout the month inside the library.
There is a pet rescue awareness event that will include adult and children’s activities. This event includes a PAWrade, and parking lot activities on Saturday, Aug. 25, from 10 a.m. until noon in the west parking lot of the library.
