DURANT – The Hub is branching out.

A second location is opening across on the other side of Durant to facilitate a customer base on the west side of town.

Justin Farrell, owner of the new location, said there is a need to care for the health habits of people on that side of town, as well.

“People were having problems getting all the way to the east side of town to come and see us and they told us if we had one of the west side of town, they’d come and see us,” Farrell said. “So we put one in here.”

The new Hub is located inside Texoma Engraving at 3509 W. Arkansas St. in Durant.

“If you take Arkansas Street right behind KFC, and you come down under the viaduct, we’re right behind the UPS Store,” Farrell said.

The location is open weekdays from 7-9 a.m. and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. with a menu that includes meal replacement shakes and energy calorie burning teas.

“It’s a healthy meal,” Farrell said. “We call it fast food for smart people. Because it’s a good full meal. You get all the minerals and nutrients in a meal without all the high numbers of calories and carbohydrates and bad stuff.

“Come see me. We’re going to have a Shake Party next week.”

Farrell said the details about the Shake Party, such as date and time, and more can be found on the Facebook page at HubClub Nutrition.

I have to say how proud I am of my son he has come so far on his journey to better health. Go see him and let him help you to. He has made me a believer and I’m a nurse.
