BRYAN COUNTY – Join businesses throughout the county on Thursday, Jan. 10 from 8:15-9:15 a.m. at the REI Conference Center, 2912 Enterprise Blvd., Durant for breakfast.

The Small Business Breakfast Club is a monthly networking and business-building event for business owners, professionals, and small business resource partners.  Each month, it will highlight a business owner or local expert who can share their knowledge and experience, covering different topics monthly, with plenty of time for Q and A and networking.

This month, Kathy Robinson, CEO of Schoolware, Inc., will speak about business risks, failures, and successes.  After teaching nine years in the public school system, Kathy decided to offer her proven methods to others schools.  Schoolware, Inc. was founded in 1999, and since then, the staff members at Schoolware, Inc. have witnessed the potential impact of technology within many educational systems.

The Small Business Breakfast Club will meet the second Tuesday of every month.  Breakfast sponsorships are available.  Bring your business cards and join us.  Attendees are encouraged to register at www.reiok.org .

Partners include Durant Area Chamber of Commerce, OKSBDC, Durant Main Street, OSU Extension, Choctaw Nation, Imagine Durant, and REI Women’s Business Center, funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U. S. Small Business Administration.
