FCA gets the summer going in Southeast Oklahoma

Southeast Oklahoma FCA is in full swing this summer.

Our annual Competitors Camp for middle school students across the state of Oklahoma was held June 6-9. Southeast Oklahoma sent 28 students to an awesome week of camp. Of those students, 19 are from Bryan County and eight Southeastern college athletes served as huddle leaders.

God was truly at work during this camp. Over the course of three days, 23 students accepted the Lord as their Savior. It was a beautiful thing to sit at the back of the room and watch as the majority of the crowd made decisions to know the Lord or turn away from the sin that was shackling them.

Students commented on camp saying, “This was probably the best thing that ever happened to me,” and “At camp I got saved and did a lot of fun stuff.”

We are looking forward to seeing how God moves in the lives of high school students at Extreme Camp, which is scheduled for June 17-21 at Cross Point in Kingston.
